Among our clients are banks and credit institutions as well as companies and private clients which we advise and represent in all bank law matters. As efficient legal advice always requires economic interests to be taken into account, it is our aim to find not only a legally appropriate but, in particular, also an economically reasonable solution in close co-operation with our clients.

Our consulting services comprise securities law and capital investment law and the associated liability matters and claims for damages as well as credit agreements, especially loan security and security collaterals.

One focus of our activities is the representation of borrowers with a cancelled loan or with critical loan conditions towards the creditor bank.
