Our consulting services focus on the protection against dismissals, the form of contracts, in particular temporary contracts, merger-related (mergers with or without reduction of staff) as well as outsourcing-related settlement and dissolution agreements. In addition, we support our clients in developing company agreements as well as in negotiating compromises between conflicting interests and redundancy programmes.
